Internship at Communication department of Foam Magazine (fulltime)

From December 2012 Foam Magazine is looking for a Communication intern. (fulltime minimum of 5 months)

Foam Magazine:

Foam Magazine is a joint publication of Foam Fotografiemuseum Amsterdam and branding agency Vandejong. It aims to provide an independent podium for (inter)national photography enthusiasts as well as the professional sector. The considerable space that Foam Magazine reserves for photographic images sets it apart from other magazines: every issue features six portfolios with 16 pages of photography assigned to each and compiled in cooperation with the photographers. The high quality and unusual design make Foam Magazine an eye-catching magazine that appeals to a growing international audience. Foam Magazine is published quarterly in English, with each issue focusing on a particular theme.

The Candidate:

We are looking for an enterprising, enthusiastic and persuasive bachelor student with the specialisation media, marketing or communication. Social and commercial skills along with an excellent command of the English language are essential. You will be working in a Dutch-speaking environment so a basic level of Dutch is preferable. You will be mainly responsible for (online) marketing communication and events, distribution and acquisition.
